By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the 1850 platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. This agreement is final and legally binding under applicable Malaysian law. 1850 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice to users, and such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
The 1850 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are residing in Malaysia. Users who find themselves ineligible based on age or geographic location are required to leave the platform immediately. 1850 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Any attempt to circumvent age or location restrictions is a serious violation of these terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their area.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1850 platform at any given time. Account registration requires users to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including their full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian mobile number. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account suspension without prior warning. Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including any losses arising from unauthorised use. 1850 will not be liable for any losses suffered by users as a result of failing to keep their login credentials confidential. Users must notify 1850 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and any security information associated with their 1850 account. Passwords must be unique, strong, and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. 1850 recommends that users change their passwords regularly and avoid reusing the same password across other platforms. 1850 will never ask for a user's password via email, text message, or phone call, and users are required to report any such request as a suspected phishing attempt. In the event of a suspected security breach, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account in question to protect the user's interests while an investigation is carried out. Users found to be sharing their account or lending access to others will face disciplinary action, including permanent account closure.
1850 sets clear guidelines on permitted use to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all users in Malaysia. Any breach of the following rules may result in immediate action being taken against the user's account.
Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or use of automated software or bots to access the platform is strictly prohibited. Users found employing such methods will have their accounts closed and balances frozen without compensation.
Opening more than one account to evade restrictions or gain duplicate benefits is a serious violation. The 1850 platform uses advanced detection systems to automatically identify and deactivate duplicate accounts.
The 1850 platform is fully compliant with Malaysia's Anti-Money Laundering laws (AMLA). Any activity suspected to be related to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
Any attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the performance of the 1850 platform is a serious violation that may result in legal action in addition to account closure. This includes DDoS attacks, malicious code injection, and any exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
Using the 1850 platform for commercial purposes — including reselling access, advertising third-party services, or harvesting other users' data — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 1850 management.
Registering using another person's identity, falsified documents, or misleading information is a violation of both Malaysian law and these platform terms. Users found to have used a false identity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All financial transactions on the 1850 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, and users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. 1850 supports a range of local payment methods suited to the Malaysian market, including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other approved payment options. Every successful deposit will be credited to the user's account within the stipulated timeframe, subject to verification and processing by the bank or payment service provider. 1850 is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks, payment gateways, or technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
Every withdrawal request is subject to an identity verification process, which may require users to submit supporting documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address. 1850 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity, pending the outcome of an investigation. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated on the platform's cashier page and are subject to change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and up to date, as 1850 will not be liable for any loss resulting from incorrect account information. Any fees or transaction charges imposed by the user's bank or payment service provider are the sole responsibility of the user.
1850 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or financial loss. All services are provided on an "as is" basis, and 1850 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Users acknowledge that online betting carries financial risk, and 1850 is not responsible for any losses incurred through gaming activity. Under no circumstances will 1850's total liability to a user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the 1850 platform are the exclusive property of 1850 or its licensors and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 1850. The 1850 brand name, logo, and trademarks are the exclusive property of the platform and may not be used in any manner without authorisation. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal legal action against the responsible party.
1850 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or at the absolute discretion of platform management. Account suspension means access is temporarily blocked while an investigation is conducted, whereas account closure is permanent and final. When an account is closed due to a violation, any balance in the account may be frozen subject to the outcome of the investigation and management's decision. Users whose accounts are suspended for legitimate reasons — such as a personal request or a technical issue — are entitled to claim their remaining balance once the verification process is complete. Decisions to close accounts made on grounds of violations are final and cannot be appealed.
The 1850 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites purely for informational purposes and user convenience. 1850 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. The presence of any third-party link does not imply that 1850 endorses or supports the content or services provided by the respective party. Users are advised to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of third-party sites before using their services.
1850 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or industry developments. Whenever the terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the latest amendment. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms and rules governing use of the 1850 platform. Where changes are material and significantly affect user rights, 1850 will endeavour to notify users via their registered email address or in-platform notifications within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from their use are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between different language versions of this document, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. 1850's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right in the future.
